When can I make a reservation?
Although it varies from company to company, reservations can be made from 9:00 a.m. on the same day two months prior to the scheduled boarding date.

Will the service be operated during stormy weather?
Each ferry company will determine whether or not to continue operation or change the departure time in the event of inclement weather based on the marine and weather conditions on the day of departure. Since each company's response differs, please inquire with the ferry company you plan to travel with.
Are there any documents required for boarding procedures?
Please fill out the boarding list located at the terminal. In addition, please bring necessary documentation if you wish to use various discounts such as student discounts, discounts for persons with disabilities, etc.
If you plan to board the ferry with a car, please check each company's website to confirm that you have the necessary vehicle inspection certificate.
Is there parking available near the port?
I would like to take the ferry with only women. Is there a ladies' room available?
Each company offers a ladies' room, but details such as the room grade vary from company to company. Please check each company's website or contact them for details.
How far in advance of departure should I arrive at the ferry terminal?
Please arrive approx. 60 minutes before the departure time as it takes time to complete the boarding procedures. Also, please allow plenty of time for the check-in counter during busy periods, as the counter may be very crowded.
How many pets can I bring? Will the fee be different?
Although it is possible to bring pets on board with you, the details differ from company to company. Some ferry companies allow you and your pet to travel together in the same guest room, but generally you must leave your pet's cage in the pet room. Please check the websites of each company for details, including fees.
Assistance dogs for physically disabled persons may be brought to the guest rooms.
Is Wi-Fi available during the trip?
Free Wi-Fi is available, but there are some routes that have restrictions on the use of Wi-Fi. Also, please note that it may be difficult to get a connection when at sea due to communication conditions. Please check each company's website for details.
